The planet Andoria is the homeworld for the Andorian race.
It is the 7th planet of the star Procyon (Alpha Canis Majoris).

Although Andoria is class "M", it is a cold world. Only the equatorial region is temperate, the remainder of the planet varies between Tiaga, Tundra and Polar biomes. The atmosphere is relatively thin compared to Earth normal. Most buildings which have non-Andorians are equipped with atmospheric conditioners to accommodate the 'weaker' races.
Oceans cover approximately 65% of the surface, concentrated in 4 oceans / seas.
