Christopher Ash is a member of Sixth Fleet, carrying over with the Pegasus when it switched from Tango. Currently, he is playing characters on board the USS Pegasus and the USS Cambrian. As of November 25, 2007 Chris was named the Fleet Gunnery Sergeant of the Sixth Fleet Marine Corps. Shortly afterwards, Ash also stepped in as the Fleet Master-at-Arms followed by Command Master Chief for the Sixth Fleet Strategic Security Corps.

Chistopher Ash was born in Waukegan, Illinois in the early morning of March 20, 1985. At the age of two his family moved to Missouri where he spent most of his childhood. The Ash lineage has a long standing tradition of military service, sparking an interest in Chris at a young age and becoming a major source of study in his teens.

While in high school, Chris's stepfather (his parents divorced when he was four) got a job with the state in Jefferson City. Not wishing to relocate again, Chris stayed behind with his sister. In a couple of months he became homeless, dropping out of school and roaming the continental U.S. Before finding his way to Salt Lake City and joining Jobcorps.

Chris underwent a year's worth of security training, received his GED, and even attended Weber State University before he grew restless and disenfranchised with the program. In lieu of continuing college, he decided to enlist instead.

Ash entered into the United States Army as an 11B with the Second Brigade, First Infantry Division based out of Wurzburg, Germany. He went with the 2nd Brigade to Turkey and Iraq before a slipped disc forced him out on a medical discharge.

During his enlistment he rose to the rank of E4 (corporal) and qualified as an expert (37 out of 40) with the M16A2 rifle.

After the army Chris relocated to La Porte, Tx and joined DynCorp International out of Irving. While subject to the occasional field work, Ash's professional role was mainly regulated to consulting and later instructing. His recent move to Fargo has caused his resignation from the company.
Currently, Ash is employed as a bouncer at the Old Broadway, a nightclub in downtown Fargo.
