There have been many different forms of energy cataloged. Here is a short overview of some of them.

Anionic Energy
Form of energy made up of quantum-level particles.

Berthold Rays
Deadly radiation that causes disintegration of carbon based life forms.

Coherent Graviton Beam
An energy beam that can neutralize tetryon emissions.

Delta Radiation
A dangerous form of radiation, especially for humans. It can also weaken some metals, such as viterium.

Gamma Rays/Radiation
The highest form of radiation on the electromagnetic spectrum. Usually associated with nuclear reactions (fission and fusion).

Interferometrics
An energy discharge that modulated to be opposite of a particular energy field. This can be used to disable an enemies deflector shields.

Ionizing Radiation
Any form of radiation that causes particles to become electrically charged.

Kreiger Waves
A potentially valuable energy source discovered by Dr. Nel Apgar.

Luvetric Pulse
An energy form that could potentially track an android (such as Data).

Magnetic Resonance
Slight electromagnetic patterns that appear after attacks by the Borg.

Matter Stream
The beam of phased (or dematerialized) matter that is streamed by a transporter.

Metreon Radiation
A dangerous form of subspace energy that can cause a warp field to collapse.

Multiphase Pulse
An energy burst that can be generated by some Starfleet tricorders. It produces signals that overlap in frequency.

Nucleonic Radiation
Dangerous energy that can be found in replicators.

Photoplasma
An energy signature that can be emitted from a tricorder.

Plasma
Very hot, ionized gas, that is can be detected as exhaust from a starship. Plasma is a state of matter beyond Gas.

Resonant Particle Wave
An energy-dampening wave that causes warp fields to collapse.

Soliton Wave
A wavefront of nondispersing subspace distortion. It was theorized that such a wave could be an aternative form of warp transportation but failed in early tests.

Subatomic Particle Shower
As the result of shock pulse after a warp core goes critical, this is a dangerous radiation wave.

Subnucleonic Radiation
Subatomic particles sometimes found in nebulas, that are dangerous to organic beings.

Theta Radiation
A dangerous for of ionizing energy, that was found in the early warp ship, Phoenix. The Omega molecule and contaminated antimatter also give off Theta radiation.

Thoron Radiation
Radiation emitted from decaying thorium. Can block certain scans. May also be emitted from certain lifeforms (mainly Parasites).

Warp Plasma
Residual plasma that is created during a matter/anti-matter reaction.

X-Rays
One of the most energetic forms of radiation on the electromagnetic spectrum, second only to Gamma rays. X-rays are emitted by black holes and were once used for skeletal imagery.
