Regula Class Stations are still being used in some locations around the Federation, primarily for Civilian use. Although the small stations are no longer being produced for Starfleet, Civilian governments and corporations may build upon the design for private use.
Science and Civilian versions have either no, or far less offensive weaponry (Phasers / Torpedoes).
The specifications above represent the last upgrade for the Station.
