The Sigma Librae system is a small Red Dwarf system on the far side of the Romulan Star Empire. The system consists of three uninhabited planets and a radioactive asteroid belt.

• Habitability

Sigma Librae II is the site of a Starfleet Outpost, but the planet itself supports no indiginent intelligent life. Primary surveys have so far only discovered Bacterial life. Further studies of the planets oceans may show further life forms.
