Stacy was the former Acting CO of the USS Oberon (NCC-80111) before leaving to carry out special operations for Starfleet Intelligence.
[edit] BACKGROUND
Stacy was born in a small village in the south of England, with her twin Laura, their parents their mother Starfleet officer working at Starfleet command as a junior secretary to the office of the Admiral of the Fleet, their father the dean of the Starfleet Marine Corps enlisted academy.
They grew up in their village together attending the Heath school for girls, a local boarding school that allowed them to live at home due to their house being 200 meters from the school gate.
During their second to year at school they all took an academy pre-qualification course followed by an academy entrance exam, Stacy and Laura were amongst only 13 girls in their year to be selected to skip their final year and join the academy at 17 instead of 18.
In a not entirely sober fit of celebration Stacy and Laura ended up having identical star tattoo's Stacy's next to her left eye Laura's next to her right.
